Scheduling
We do our best to stay on schedule. Weather, equipment needs, or site conditions may require adjustments. If changes are needed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Site Access & Conditions
You agree to ensure clear and safe access to the work area. If hazards exist (underground utilities, hidden debris, etc.), please let us know before work begins.​

Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Payment is due upon project completion unless arranged otherwise​

Liability
We take every precaution to work safely and protect your property. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by hidden hazards, unmarked utilities, or pre-existing site conditions.​
